Build a new skincare sub-brand under the mother brand. Take the character of the mother brand and extend it to show new market possibilities.
The brand I chose is Argo, famous for its organic tea. I emphasized the skincare products are safe enough to eat though they are used for the skin. The concept preserves Argo's equity in organic food and beverage lines.
